Inclusive growth and sustainable natural resource management in figures

 

From 2017 to 2022, UN agencies (13 agencies) collectively delivered around USD 106.1 million for 128 programme interventions nationwide carried out in cooperation with the implementing partners.

The UN contributed to the legal environment for national development policy planning and budgeting and expanding the protected area network in Mongolia. Notable achievement were observed in the legal environment improvement and formulation of favorable policy and regulatory framework for sustainable use of natural resources including sustainable forest, water and land management, aligned with internationally recognized norms and principles.
